Since the winter semester 2023/2024, Mr. Moltschanov is in charge of the lecture Management of Industrial Production by Prof. Metternich in the master program.

Within the scope of the lecture, students are taught practical knowledge about overall company processes. The students gain knowledge in the areas of the company and its organization, plant and production planning, productivity management, manual activities and possibilities for automation as well as quality management. By imparting knowledge of skills and methods and stimulating economic thinking and action, students are enabled to transfer the lecture content to the operational practice.
