Since the winter semester 2023/24, Mrs. Ljubicic is in charge of the lecture Lean Production of Prof. Metternich in the master program.
The lecture explains the history and structure of lean production systems. During the course of the semester, students will learn – in a clear and practical – basics of lean production systems, the concept of value orientation and waste, standardization and stability, just-in-time and pull systems, lean quality, line optimization, value stream management, continuous improvement, lean logistics, and lean manufacturing implementation.
