Intention With Industry 4.0 as the future vision of the German production location, the question arises as to how existing production systems can be combined or further developed with new, digital possibilities. The skills and abilities in the area of evaluation, implementation and introduction of digitalized processes are of outstanding importance for companies. The changes can be experienced haptically through exercises in 3 different learning factories in Germany (Ruhr University Bochum, TU Darmstadt, Reutlingen University)
