After the successful Unite! Joint Lecture on “Trends in Production Engineering” last winter semester, we are excited to continue this collaborative course series in the winter semester 2025/26!

Building on key topics such as AI in production, resilience, and circular economy from PTW TUDa, this year’s lecture expands with guest contributions from Unite! partner universities UPC Barcelona (Spain) and Aalto University (Finland):

• Business Model Innovation in Ecosystems through AI – Ville Eloranta, Aalto University
• Hybridisation of Technologies in Additive Manufacturing – Joaquim Minguella, UPC Barcelona
• Corporate Social Responsibility: An Engineer’s Perspective – Juan J. Pérez, UPC Barcelona

A special highlight this semester: Joaquim Minguella from UPC Barcelona will be in Darmstadt from 19-20 November to hold in-person lectures and hands-on workshops with our students.
