New international research project Chair Industry 4.h

In the ongoing development of Industry 4.0, there are signs of a focus on technical aspects and a neglect of the human component. However, Industry 4.0 applications should not only enable more efficient production processes, but also serve as tools to promote the individual development and satisfaction of production employees.

This is where the Chair Industry 4.h project comes in. The aim is to develop customized training content and teach it with the help of modern, interactive technologies. By enabling production employees to use the applications profitably, not only will a more efficient working environment be created, but the personal and professional development of each individual will also be promoted.

We look forward to a fruitful collaboration with the European partners Grenoble INP, PoliMi School of Management Manufacturing Group and HEC Liège as well as the German partners BWHW and velpTEC.
