Research focus on Strategic Management of Energy and Resources
- Climate neutrality strategies for producing companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises
- Transparency measures for energy flows through digitalization and data monitoring
- Integration of OPC UA-based IoT platforms for energy management and monitoring
- Site analysis in the context of greenfield and brownfield for determining the potential for implementing renewable energy sources
- Balancing methods, including CO2 balancing for the determining of the carbon footprint, as a means of deriving efficiency measures
Since the 2025/26 winter semester, Mr. Ozen has been assisting Prof. Dr.-Ing Matthias Weigold with his lecture on Sustainable production in the bachelor's program.
