Since the winter semester 2024/2025, Mr. Herrmann has been supervising the lecture Management of Industrial Production by Prof. Metternich in the Master's program.
As part of the lecture, students are taught practical knowledge about overall company processes. Students acquire knowledge in the areas of the company and company organization, plant and production planning, productivity management, manual activities and possibilities for automation as well as quality management. By imparting competence and methodological knowledge and stimulating economic thinking and action, students are enabled to implement the lecture content in operational practice.
