The vision of PTW TEC-Team is to conduct pioneering research for data-driven, adaptable manufacturing technologies, which aims to achieve a resource-efficient and responsive production. This requires a continuous data generation, data acquisition, data evaluation and data utilization during the manufacturing process. For this purpose, four research clusters are defined by the TEC-Team, namely: Smart Components, Connecticity & Communication, Advanced Modeling and Monitoring & Control. Accordingly, four white papers have been published.
